But the human side of teaching — reading a student's frustration, knowing when to push or slow down, trying a different explanation when one doesn't land — that's still on your tutors. Programs that try to automate the human part get mediocre results. PrepBox gives your team the structure and data so they can focus 100% on the student in front of them.

Do my tutors need to be math experts?

They need to be math competent, not experts. PrepBox handles curriculum design, topic sequencing, and provides step-by-step solutions for every question. What your tutors bring is the willingness to meet each student where they are — to try a different explanation when one doesn't land, and to notice when a student needs a different approach.
