Friend pairs are numbers that add to a round 100, 1,000, or 10,000:
93 + 7 = 100 · 93 + 907 = 1,000 · 250 + 750 = 1,000 · ...
Rearranging is allowed — the order doesn't change the sum!
1,093 + 907  →  1,093 is 1,000 + 93, and 93 is friends with 907  →  2,000
