Step 1 of 4 · The rule
A number is divisible by 4 if its last two digits form a number divisible by 4.
N ÷ 4 works ⇔ (last 2 digits) ÷ 4 works.
Why? 100 is divisible by 4 (100 = 4 × 25). So everything from the hundreds place up is automatically ÷ 4 — only the last two digits decide.
Step 2 of 4 · Worked: 1 2 4 8
